Name: Juan Estrada

Position: Production Manager

Juan began his career at Childers Brothers in September 2015. He started as a technician in our crew and was quickly promoted to crew foreman because of his talent and dedication. Juan excelled in this role as well, so we then promoted him to production manager, the position he currently holds.

As the production manager, Juan’s job is to ensure you have a wonderful and smooth project experience from start to finish. He is in charge of jobsite quality control, ensuring the crews are ready for projects, confirming that we have all materials we need for jobs, keeping projects on schedule, and much more.

Juan’s favorite parts of the job are helping his customers and working with the technicians on our crew. Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children (two boys and a girl).

Everyone at Childers loves having Juan on our team. He is a tremendous asset, and we are extremely proud of his previous service to our country as a paratrooper.
